AutoWizard specializes in automotive electronic module programming and related services. We do not guarantee the accuracy of diagnoses performed by customers, repair facilities, or dealerships. A diagnostic trouble code is NOT a diagnosis. Incorrect diagnoses, incompatible replacement components, wiring faults, communication failures, and other vehicle-related issues may prevent programming from being performed or completed.

If the requested programming cannot be completed due to an incorrect diagnosis or a pre-existing vehicle condition, the appointment will automatically convert to a one-hour minimum diagnostic evaluation at our standard rate of $200.

During this evaluation, our technician will assess the conditions preventing programming and, when reasonably possible, identify the next steps required.

Please understand:

• The $200 minimum diagnostic charge applies even if the original programming request cannot be completed.
• The one-hour minimum charge applies regardless of whether the evaluation requires the full hour.
• Diagnostic evaluation does not guarantee identification or repair of every underlying problem.
• Additional diagnostic time or a return visit requires separate authorization and may incur additional charges.
• If programming is successfully completed, the agreed programming price applies instead.
• The $200 minimum is collected before dispatch and credited toward the final service charge.

By scheduling service, you authorize AutoWizard to perform a diagnostic evaluation at a one-hour minimum charge of $200 if vehicle-related conditions prevent the requested programming from being completed.
